Board of Directors
Founder & Chairperson
Liz founded Nap Girls with two friends in 2014 after a year of working in the music industry. Nap Girls started as Liz's passion project because it combined all of her favorite things; women, music, and the internet (shout out to the Women & Gender Studies department at Vanderbilt University). In 2018, Liz pivoted from her job in music to focus solely on Nap Girls and helping women in the industry. She is currently a graduate student in USC's Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship and cannot wait to see what the future holds for this organization.
Founder & Internal Operations Director
Abi Getto is an artist manager at Seven20 Entertainment, looking after developing techno artists. A founder of Nap Girls and a firm advocate for women and marginalized persons, her passions stem far beyond her career in artist management; as Director of Internal Operations, her goal is to foster an environment promoting peer-to-peer learning and support that extends into the workplace and beyond. Outside of her career and Nap Girls, you can find her spinning late-night chunes at your local LA warehouse and making self-deprecating jokes on Twitter.
